What is the order processing time?
The standard order processing time is from 2 to 7 business days from the moment of receipt of payment.
For products marked as PREORDER, ON ORDER or LIMITED/HAUTE COUTURE the lead time can be up to 21 business days. Detailed information can always be found in the description of the specific product.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is only possible until fulfillment or production begins.
For made to order or pre-order items, cancellation is not possible once production has started.
Can I exchange the product for another one?
We do not exchange products. If you wish to order a different model or size, you must return the item according to the rules described in the returns policy and then place a new, separate order.
What is the returns policy?
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, not scented with perfume or detergent, must have attached labels and clothing seal and be packed in its original packaging.
Returns that do not comply with these rules will be rejected or partially deducted. PREORDER, MADE TO ORDER, LIMITED and HAUTE COUTURE products are not returnable.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Returns are at the customer's expense. If you use a return label generated by us, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
I haven’t received my shipment – what should I do?
Check the status of your shipment in the email with the tracking number. If the package has not been delivered within the estimated time, contact the courier company or write to us at kontakt@revenabyprestige.pl.
Can I return a product after removing the tag?
No. Products with removed tags, seals or visible signs of use cannot be returned.
What does PREORDER or MADE TO ORDER mean?
These are products sewn in a limited number of copies based on placed orders, often from hard-to-find materials. The lead time is extended, and these products are not returnable in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
What payment methods are available?
Fast electronic transfers, BLIK, card payments and traditional transfers are available. Specific options are visible in the basket when placing an order.
Can the product differ from the photo?
Minor differences in color or structure may result from monitor settings and the properties of natural fabrics. This does not constitute grounds for complaint.
How can I file a complaint?
Complaints should be reported to kontakt@revenabyprestige.pl, attaching a description of the defect, order number and photos. Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days. We do not accept complaints based on subjective feelings such as smell, structure or cut.
What to do if a product arrives damaged?
Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage, please complete a damage report with the courier and contact us by email with a description of the situation and photos.
Do you process foreign orders?
Yes. We ship to selected European Union countries. For individual pricing and availability, please contact us before placing an order: kontakt@revenabyprestige.pl.
Why was my return rejected?
The return may have been rejected due to conditions not being met, such as missing tag, product used, removed seal or odor. In the event of rejection, the customer will receive an email explaining the reason. The product may be sent back at the customer's expense.
